How to apply for ACH?

Step 1: Click APPLY FOR ACH from main menu.



Step 2: Provide your business details
  • Select Bank Account
  • Enter Business Legal Name
  • Enter Business Address
  • Select Entity Type
  • Enter DBAFormation Date & EIN Number
  • Select Industry Type
  • Upload Business Documents


Step 3: Click Next.


Step 4: Provide your personal details
  • Enter First Name & Last Name
  • Enter Personal Address
  • Enter Last 4 Digits of SSN
  • Enter your Year of Birth & Your Digital Sign


Step 5: Click Next


Step 6: ID Verification
  • Click on Click Here to Start
  • ‚Äč
  • Verify your government-issued ID and complete the face recognition process
  • Click Submit
