How to import Payroll Checks for QB Online

Step 3: Log into QuickBooks > Run payroll on QB
Step 4: Still within QB, go to reports > then payroll details.
Step 5: Once the report generates > Open OCW extension > choose ‘Get data’ > then ‘Send data’.
Step 6: The checks will appear on OCWs end to be printed. Select the Mapping icon to Map the checks to their correct bank account > and you are ready to print.
The process of mapping is a first-time setup for a new bank account and connection.
