You can print a blank check, or print a check with some details left out. This page shows both ways.
Quick answer: In Payments Out, open the Check tab, click Process next to the blank check, choose Print on Check Paper or Print on White Paper, then click Yes, Continue.
Here is the top of the PDF that opens when you choose Print on White Paper for a blank check. The payee, amount, and date are empty. The check number and your bank details are already printed. The page says the check is printed upside down on purpose, and it has short steps to print and deposit the check.
