What are the Possible Problems while adding a new User?

Possible problems
      If new user can't log in: 
            Make sure you are entering log in information as shown on email.
            The main user could resend the invitation. This will instantly reset the temporary password. Make sure you use the latest password and that each party is waiting a few moments in between before each resend attempt. This is especially important if Email was sent multiple times, as they could arrive in nonsequential order, or be lost in the Spam Folder. 

      If new user is blocked from certain functions: 
            Main user must check that all Restrictions and Allowances are accurate on the Permissions page
                  Settings > User> Edit (blue text link)
