Users
can be people (or companies) who are partners, accountants, or even clients.
Anybody with their own account also has access to the main account. Users
aren’t directly connected to businesses - they are reliant on the subscription
plan of the master account.
On the User's side:
-Users will receive an email stating they have been granted permission to join a company. An account is automatically created when the email is entered.
-Using the provided temporary Login information, log on to your new Online Check Writer account
-You will be prompted to confirm your email and your phone number
Note: a text will be sent to the phone number for verification. If you'd like to Verify a landline contact our Support team.
-Once your profile has been set up: Select the Switch Company tab on the top of the page > an Accept the invitation from your company
-User can now log in as themselves into the company they have been invited to
This full process won't need to be repeated.
On a regular day: users would log in with their own information and Switch Company to the invited one
